1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk33 apps ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bk33 apps website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and casino services made available at https://bk33-apps.net.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bk33 apps platform and close your account.

This Agreement is written in English and the English-language version shall be the governing and authoritative text. bk33 apps is operated as a safe and reliable platform serving players in Bangladesh, with all transactions processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and all communications conducted in English.

bk33 apps reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Any reference to "the Platform" includes the bk33 apps website, its content, games, betting markets, promotions, payment systems, customer support infrastructure, and any software or technology used to deliver those services to you.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use bk33 apps, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bk33 apps is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit funds, or place any wager.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal, recreational entertainment purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a bk33 apps employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, business entity, syndicate, or group when registering or placing wagers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bk33 apps or had an account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are accessing the platform using your own verified payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account registered in your own name).

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure.

bk33 apps enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each player may hold exactly one active account on the platform at any time. Duplicate accounts detected by our systems will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds or winnings attributed to a duplicate account may be voided.

3. Account Obligations

As a registered player on bk33 apps, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bk33 apps will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You must notify bk33 apps support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.
• You must keep your registration details accurate and up to date. If your contact details, address, or payment methods change, you must update them in your account profile without delay.
• You must complete any KYC verification request issued by bk33 apps within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension of deposit or withdrawal functionality.
• You acknowledge that bk33 apps may record and store information about your betting activity, game history, login times, device identifiers, and IP addresses for security, compliance, and player-protection purposes.

Your account balance reflects real money held on your behalf in BDT. bk33 apps does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances are not transferable to another player's account under any circumstances.

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, bk33 apps may designate it as a dormant account. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bk33 apps supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed at face value in BDT with no hidden currency conversion fees applied by bk33 apps.

The following limits and conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account within 10 seconds of confirmation from the mobile wallet provider.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (local Bangladeshi banks) may take up to 24 hours to complete, depending on your bank's internal processing schedule.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bk33 apps reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.

bk33 apps does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees independent of bk33 apps. Players are advised to check their provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

In cases where bk33 apps suspects that a deposit or withdrawal is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to delay, suspend, or reverse the transaction pending investigation. Players under investigation will be notified and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

5. Bonus Policy

bk33 apps offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published with each individual offer:

1. Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus funds.
2. Each bonus offer specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount in BDT. Deposits below this threshold will not trigger the associated bonus.
3. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) that must be completed in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
4. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Specific game contribution rates are published in each offer.
5. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the offer. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited at the time of expiry.
6. bk33 apps reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through use of multiple accounts, low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated play with other players.
7. Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Each player household (defined by residential address, payment method, device fingerprint, and IP address) is entitled to one welcome bonus.
8. Bonus funds cannot be transferred between players and cannot be exchanged for cash without completion of wagering requirements.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and any other gaming product available on the bk33 apps platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bk33 apps does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and acknowledged by our system.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or communication failure that affects the recording or settlement of a bet, bk33 apps reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Odds quoted at the time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet will be settled, subject to the exceptions noted in the specific sports betting rules (e.g., non-runner deductions in racing markets).
• All casino games (slots, live tables, fishing games) use certified random number generators (RNG) from licensed providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip before confirmation.
• bk33 apps reserves the right to restrict access to specific games or betting markets for individual player accounts where our system identifies patterns consistent with professional or advantage play that materially affects the platform's commercial viability.
• In-play (live) cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, may be suspended at any time at bk33 apps's discretion — for example, during a wicket review, weather delay, or technical delay in the live data feed.
• Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with bk33 apps customer support within 72 hours of the event result being published. Claims raised after this period may not be investigated.

bk33 apps game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi — operate under their own independent certifications and licensing conditions. In cases of dispute regarding game outcomes, the official game server log maintained by the relevant certified provider shall be the authoritative record.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bk33 apps. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds — including real-money balances, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — in addition to any other remedies available:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate platform outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other competitive game format.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of bk33 apps to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or system glitches to place bets at manifestly incorrect prices or to gain an unintended advantage.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access credentials to any third party.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent compliance check.
• Circumventing responsible gaming controls, including self-exclusion periods, by opening new accounts or using another player's account.
• Any behaviour intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the bk33 apps platform, its infrastructure, or other players' experience.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bk33 apps reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 above.
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal from a payment provider relating to funds deposited into the account.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order requiring account closure or fund freezing.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gaming tools or via customer support.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms & Conditions (e.g., at your own request or as part of responsible gaming measures), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements.

If your account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse — bk33 apps reserves the right to void and confiscate the entire account balance, including any real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending winnings.

Players who voluntarily close their account and wish to return at a later date may submit a reactivation request to [email protected]. Reactivation is subject to bk33 apps's discretion and will require completion of a fresh KYC verification process. Players who are self-excluded cannot request reactivation before the end of their chosen exclusion period.
